To provide essential administrative support to the commercial team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and contract documentation. This role also supports the effective management of the company's vehicle fleet, helping ensure operational continuity.
Role specific duties;
Commercial Administration
Assist with processing and tracking subcontractor and supplier invoices.
* Maintain accurate records of payments, applications, and variations.
* Support the preparation of monthly cost reports and forecasts.
* Liaise with finance to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.
* Maintain contract documentation and commercial filing systems.
Fleet Management
Maintain up-to-date records of company vehicles, including MOT, insurance, tax, and servicing schedules.
* Support with vehicle allocation and onboarding/offboarding of drivers.
* Liaise with leasing companies and insurers as required.
What you will need to have:
Previous experience in a commercial or administrative role
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and document management systems.
* Familiarity with fleet management or willingness to learn.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
Successful candidates will be subject to a basic DBS check.
