We are looking for an experienced photographer/videographer to capture the NexGen Finance Transformation Summit, a premier corporate event bringing together finance leaders, technology innovators, and industry experts in London.
* Date: April 30, 2025
* Location: Hilton London Canary Wharf, London
* Time: 09:00 AM – 06:15 PM BST
Responsibilities:
* Capture high-quality video footage of keynote sessions, panel discussions, sponsor presentations, and networking activities.
* Record on-site interviews with speakers, sponsors, and select attendees (up to 8 interviews).
* Produce a 2–3 minute post-event highlight video featuring key moments, interview snippets, and background music.
* Deliver clear, professional photographs of all speakers, panels, audience interactions, and venue setups.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in corporate event videography and photography.
* Ability to deliver polished, edited videos and high-resolution images promptly.
* Familiarity with large-scale business events and the ability to work discreetly in a professional setting.
