The Role This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, opening doors, and creating new business. You’ll be responsible for generating and converting a strong pipeline of opportunities, engaging with organisations already using Workday as well as those exploring Workday for the first time. You’ll be selling Lucas Kennedy’s full suite of consulting services, working closely with a smart, supportive consulting team to deliver real value to clients. What You’ll Be Doing Spotting and engaging new clients across the UK, Ireland, and EMEA Building a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline through outreach, networking, events, and referrals Connecting with organisations considering Workday HCM and/or Adaptive Planning Selling Lucas Kennedy’s service offerings Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, IT, and Transformation Owning opportunities end-to-end — from first conversation to signed deal Collaborating with delivery and leadership teams to shape winning proposals Representing Lucas Kennedy at client meetings, partner sessions, and industry events Travelling across the UK and Europe to meet clients and be part of the action What We’re Looking For Essential: At least 3 years’ proven success in B2B sales Strong track record of generating pipeline and winning new business Confident communicator who can engage senior decision-makers Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working towards targets Nice to Have: Experience in software, SaaS, or consulting sales Exposure to Workday, HR tech, Finance systems, or transformation projects Degree educated (or equivalent professional experience) Salary, Commission & Perks Base Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 (DOE) OTE: £100,000 (y/1) with uncapped commission Rewarding structure designed to recognise high performance Company Perks Include: Private medical insurance Quarterly and annual incentives (individual team rewards) Company laptop and mobile phone Free parking Travel opportunities across the UK and Europe A chance to join a rapidly growing organisation with real progression A fun, collaborative, high-energy environment where success is celebrated Why Join Lucas Kennedy?
