Responsibilities
You’ll effectively manage a portfolio of clients ensuring that close client relationships are maintained and a valued service is provided throughout the client lifecycle. You’ll work effectively with the Client Experience team in the scheduling of visits, service delivery and client relationship management which optimises cost to serve and meets all contractual obligations. You’ll work as Lead Consultant on designated client accounts ensuring service delivery and documentation is consistent with all other colleagues involved in the account.
Qualifications
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
* Grad IOSH and on a definitive IPD programme to achieve CMIOSH status
* Qualification in Fire Safety
* Experience in consultancy or working across a wide range of industries/sectors
