The hourly rate for this role is £13.56 and up to £15.59 across selected locations within London. No previous experience required & full training will be provided.

As a Health and Wellness Sales Advisor, you’ll combine expert product knowledge with customer service skills to drive sales and make a real impact on customer wellbeing. You’ll be on the shop floor creating personalised experiences, sharing expert advice, and helping customers discover solutions that really work for them, supporting sales through genuine, feel‑good service. Full training and the opportunity to complete our Healthcare Training Programme will be provided.
About The Role
* Reporting to the Assistant Manager, support all health and wellness brands, giving expert, unbiased advice to ensure customers get the best experience.
* Use open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic healthcare solutions, including in‑store and Online Doctor services, and refer to the dispensary or pharmacist where needed.
* It is an interactive, people‑focused role – use your sales and communication skills to connect with customers and support their diverse health needs.
* Focus on team success; no competitive, performance‑based commission.
* Support to complete a Healthcare Training Programme at NVQ2 level.
* Maintain shelves and ensure they are well stocked, cleaned and tidied throughout the day.

* Ability to put customers at ease so they feel comfortable sharing sensitive healthcare needs.

* Proactive in learning about new products and services to deliver a seamless, holistic experience.
* Prepared to complete a Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2).
Skills
* Experience working towards sales targets (desired).
* Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting (desired).
