Your new company This multinational property corporation in London is recruiting for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is a short-term temporary role and is looking at starting on an immediate placement. This role is a full-time position (8.30am – 5.30pm) with all 5 days needing to be onsite. Your new role Working within the Administration team, this role is responsible for providing administrative support through a short-term filing project. Duties for this role include: Handling documents and organising, ready for scanning. Scanning files and saving into required software. Picking up ad-hoc tasks required What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements: Proven experience in an Administration role Open, eager attitude with the ability to adapt to requirements. High-level proficiency and expertise with Microsoft PowerPoint and formatting of documents. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, coupled with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
