We are looking for experienced Remortgage Case Managers to join our National Remortgage Team in Stockport.
If you have significant Remortgage experience of running your own caseload with an understanding of the processes from start to finish, then we are looking for you
Full time, permanent, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Duties will include:
* Processing incoming post, emails and faxes.
* Accurately entering data onto a case management system.
* Verifying client identification.
* Liaising with third parties including lenders, brokers, solicitors and estate agents.
* Dealing with enquiries by telephone and email.
* Completing tasks in compliance with legal requirements such as GDPR and anti-money laundering regulations.
* Any other duties as required by the business.
What you'll need:
* An eye for detail.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively.
* Proficiency and experience of all Microsoft Office programmes.
* Flexible and adaptable manner with plenty of initiative.
