You will be undertaking a variety of ACOP L8 compliance duties, including routine monitoring and cleans and disinfections. Experience / Qualifications: - Strong experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer - Fully conversant in HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines - Ideally, will have worked within a well-established water hygiene / water treatment company - Good literacy and numeracy skills - Proficient in using IT software to complete reports - Professional manner The Role: - Showerhead descales - Inspections, cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks - TMV inspections and servicing - Calorifier inspections, - Mains injections - Flushing on little used outlets - Acid descales - Water sampling - Temperature monitoring - Updating site logbooks Alternative job titles: Environmental Service Technician, Legionella Operative, Water Treatment Engineer, Legionella Technician.
