VAT Advisory & Business Development Senior Manager
Complex VAT challenges? Advisory puzzles? HMRC queries?
Join a growing VAT team advising corporate clients across sectors, including financial services. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, including high-value owner-managed and corporate businesses, and convert quick VAT questions into profitable advisory projects. You’ll also provide specialist input on:
* VAT treatment of new income streams and cross-border transactions
* HMRC disputes and VAT compliance issues
* Due diligence and transactional advisory projects
* Reviewing complex VAT returns (e.g., partly exempt clients, non-resident landlords)
Who this suits:
* VAT advisory experience in practice, with a thorough understanding of key VAT principles
* Comfortable explaining complex VAT matters to non-specialists
* Experience managing client relationships, fee proposals, WIP, and billing
* Able to draft clear, precise advice and review documentation including contracts
* ACA/CA/CTA or equivalent beneficial
* UK-based with the right to work
