We’re looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to take the reins of a bespoke internal platform transforming how we manage Windows updates and application deployments across 35,000 devices globally.
The platform acts as a “man in the middle” solution, empowering users with flexible scheduling, cached package delivery, and a consistent, user-friendly experience - solving the challenges of legacy System Center deployments and clunky update processes. With rich telemetry, direct user engagement, and a modern interface, WSM is redefining how enterprise device management should feel.
đź’Ľ The Role
This is a 3-month interim position (with a possible short extension) leading Agile product delivery as WSM continues its rollout from 5,500 to 35,000 devices by year-end. You’ll guide a small virtual squad, drive iterative improvements, and ensure our users and engineers stay perfectly in sync.
🔍 What You’ll Do
* Lead Agile product development cycles and backlog prioritization
* Translate user feedback and telemetry into actionable improvements
* Manage communication across technical teams and senior stakeholders
* Coordinate development, testing, and rollout schedules
* Keep the roadmap on track and aligned with business goals
🧠What You Bring
* Proven experience in Agile product management and delivery
* A user-centered mindset – you thrive on understanding and solving real needs
* Jira expertise for issue tracking and sprint management
* Excellent communication skills, from engineers to senior directors
* Strong organization and autonomy – with support from senior leaders
* Familiarity with endpoint or system management tools is required

You’ll join a virtual squad of seven working closely with engineers and product owners across time zones - with some overlap with our India-based team. Ideally, you’ll be UK-based for occasional office meetups and onboarding.
