Job Type: Full–time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
* Precision Engineering: Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with utmost accuracy.
* Programming Expertise: programme and set multi–axis Fanuc lathes efficiently, ensuring high–quality output.
* Quality Assurance: Consistently produce components that meet exact specifications, maintaining our high standards.
* CAD Software: Experience with CAD software is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate!
* Workflow Management: Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure a seamless production process.
* Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and improve working processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
