Conrad Consulting have a fantastic opportunity available in the beautiful town of Framlingham for a part-time Inventory Clerk within the Rental Team. This office-based role, located in beautiful Framlingham, involves coordinating and conducting property inspections and supporting our managed lettings service. Hours - 16 hours per week over two to three days Salary - £26000-£28000 per annum (pro rata) Key Responsibilities: Arranging and attending property inspection appointments Liaising with tenants and coordinating schedules and itineraries Conducting property inspections and meeting with tenants Preparing documents and handling correspondence with landlords and tenants Recommending annual rent increases and negotiating with tenants Monitoring inspection schedules to ensure timely completion Person Specification: We're looking for someone who: Has strong IT skills, with experience in Word, Excel, and Publisher, and is comfortable learning new systems Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Is methodical, organised, and detail-oriented Can adapt to changing situations and manage competing priorities Works well independently and as part of a team Holds a full, clean UK driving licence If you're seeking a varied and rewarding part-time role within a supportive and professional environment, we would love to hear from you
