Job Title: Forensic Quality Officer Location: Bodelwyddan, St Asaph Remuneration: £32,247 - £34,329 Contract Details: FTC until 30th June 2026 Join our client as a Forensic Quality Officer! In this role, you will: - Support the Quality Technical Managers in developing and maintaining the Quality Management System. - Ensure compliance with ISO accreditation requirements and the Forensic Science Regulator's Code of practise. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Scientific Support Unit's functions, policies, and procedures. - Assist in maintaining the audit schedule and conducting inspections of the unit. - Provide timely updates on the Quality Management System, including Proficiency Testing results and customer feedback. - Offer quality assurance and administrative support to management. - Maintain and update Quality Management System records. - Utilise databases for operational and quality assurance administration. Our Client Is Looking For: - An HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject or proven work experience. - Experience in a support role, ideally in a quality management environment. - A knack for producing accurate written information with meticulous attention to detail. - Strong planning and organisational skills to deliver top-notch service. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create clear documents. - The motivation to work independently or collaboratively under pressure. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - A flexible approach to meet the demands of the role. - A commitment to pursuing accredited Quality Management training courses.
