ABOUT THE ROLE
Award winning, Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury cafés and farm shops in London and the Cotswolds are looking for an engaging Café Team Leader to join our team.
You’ll ideally have worked in a restaurant or café setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm to fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, and as a Café Team Leader you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our clientele.
SALARY: £11.60 per hour
HOURS: Full Time - Flexibility to work weekends is required

YOUR ROLE
* Straight shifts, allowing you a great work-life balance
* Daylesford is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential and opening and closing shifts
* Management training and progression opportunities beyond café team leader
* Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a café team leader would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given
* People with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service

* First-class communication skills
* Promote the Farm in the restaurant
* Drive Retail knowledge in restaurant
* Responsible for crockery and cutlery stock check
* Drive and organise menu changing tasting
