Recruitment Administrator - 6 month contract £160 per day - Edinburgh Hybrid
One of Loriens leading Public Sector Clients are looking for highly experienced Recruitment Administrator to join their team on an initial 6 month contract
Job Details:
The role would involve administrative support for recruitment activity, onboarding and induction of new staff and contractors, facilitating key communication across the team, reporting and data analysis, and identifying and aligning training to meet staff development needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Have day to day responsibility for facilitating contractor recruitment through to on boarding successful candidates
2. Have day to day responsibility for facilitation staff recruitment from advertising roles to setting up interviews and on boarding successful candidates
3. Undertaking various administrative tasks including SharePoint updates
4. Assist in the production of various people related reports required for stakeholders
5. Support managers and staff in people related matters to ensure a standard approach across the wider team.
6. Working closely with other parts of the Governance Team to assess the demand and supply of resources and highlight potential constraints in capacity and capability
