We’re looking for a enthusiastic, committed Learning Support Assistant to join an inspiring SEND school in Telford. In this rewarding role, you’ll support primary-aged pupils with moderate to complex learning needs and communication difficulties, helping them grow in confidence, progress academically, and enjoy their school day.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant you will:
* Patient, proactive and passionate about helping children with SEND
* Experience supporting children with additional needs or communication difficulties
* Confident with behaviour support and building trusting relationships
* Able to provide references, hold a valid DBS, and have the Right to Work in the UK
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Experience in SEND setting
