BMSL require an experienced Administrator for a busy Engineering Office in the South SIde of Glasgow.
The role will involve & include these duties:
* Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
* Use Outlook, Word and Excel on a day-to-day basis
* Dealing with incoming e-mail and post
* Producing documents, reports and presentations to a high standard
* Printing, scanning and binding as required
* Ordering stationery for the office and on an ad-hoc basis for other sites
* Printing, scanning and filing duties
* Liaising with staff and clients in an effective and professional manner
* Maintaining office systems
* Arranging travel and accommodation for the region as required and maintaining a log of all travel and accommodation bookings
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable to change
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Self-motivated and committed to achieving high standards
* Excellent customer service skills
