Overview
Position: Personal Assistant to a 27-year-old man living in Chichester. He is autistic with learning disabilities, a speech disorder and severe anxiety. He enjoys woodworking (especially creating miniature dollhouse scenes in his log cabin), gardening, visiting museums and exploring places of interest. The role includes providing calm, patient support during anxiety or meltdowns, offering distraction when needed and allowing space to reset.

Employment status: Employed
Hours per week: Wednesday, Friday and some weekends. Times can be varied to suit.
Hourly pay rate: £14.00 per hour
