Hays is working with primary schools in Accrington seeking experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to support learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Your new role
You’ll lead lessons, deliver targeted interventions, and support pupils with additional needs. You’ll work closely with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning and pupil progress.
What you'll need to succeed
You must hold HLTA status and have experience working in a primary school setting. Strong classroom management and adaptability are essential.
