You'll be experienced in...
* Communicating with client stakeholders at all levels (Manager to C-level executives).
* Supporting the sales and account management teams in evaluating opportunities.
* Leading a range of complex presales and project / programme definition engagements, in parallel.
* Facilitating project / programme definition and requirements workshops.
* Identifying and documenting a client’s scope of requirements to a sufficient level of detail to estimate and/or plan the associated project / programme delivery.
* Advising and influencing the target enterprise architecture and high-level solution design required to meet the client’s goals and scope of requirements.
* Providing consultancy and recommendations for clients looking to deliver business transformations and optimisations around their Customer Experience (CX).
* Providing support and leadership to other consultants, project managers and architects during presales, project discovery and project delivery.
* Being accountable for actions and decisions taken by yourself and the team.
* Creating and delivering clear and concise presentations that meet the client's expectations.
* Leading the presentation of project deliverables.
* Proactively build strong and trusting relationships with client stakeholders, strategic partners of KPS and internal KPS customers.

Identifying and developing opportunities for further consultancy and delivery engagements with existing clients.
13. Nurturing thought leadership and mentorship to the wider KPS Group.
14. Supporting the Sales, Account Management and Consultancy Teams with CX Maturity (FLASH) assessments for prospective clients and CX Continuous Improvement recommendations (including the KPS Digital Acceleration Programme assessments) for existing clients.
15. Line Management of a small group of CX Consultants within KPS UK (likely to be required within Year 1 or 2 after the new resource has bedded into the role)
