Core Working Hours for this role:- 20 hrs per week. (Flexible on number of days this is worked over eg 5 x 4 hrs, 4 x 5 hrs or 3 x 6.5 hrs each week). Hybrid working requiring at least 1 or 2 days in the AMX office in Bristol each week.
Main Duties:
Working closely with the HR & Admin Manager, we are looking for a bright, personable HR Admin Generalist/Recruiter to support our friendly team on a permanent basis. It’s a busy role so would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years’ previous general HR admin experience/ working towards the CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice who can quickly get up to speed advising on AMX policy and benefit queries, resolving employee issues, issuing change letters, keeping our HR system updated, updating policy after legislation changes.
