Your Mission:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join our operations team in Derby. As a key member, you will be responsible for the seamless management of various back-end systems critical to our operations. The role requires logical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in web-based CRM configuration. You'll be a self-starter; willing to seek, suggest and implement system improvements against business goals. You’ll also need to know your way around excel so you can tell the business how these systems are performing. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about optimizing operational efficiency, we encourage you to apply.
Your Quests Include:
* Configure and maintain customer service ticketing system.
* Monitor dispatch API performance and troubleshoot issues.
* Onboard new merchants to dispatch API platform.
* Build and present Excel reports to senior management.
* Resolve operational challenges through problem-solving.
* Present detailed reports to senior leadership, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
Who you are:
* Proficiency in CRM or ticket management system administration.
* Familiarity with chat bot usage and basic building principles (even at hobby level).
* Understanding of APIs and their functionality.
* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
* Experience in client interactions and relationship management.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
