About the Role

Responsibilities
Overall management of the EIA Business Unit:
* Oversee operations and implement appropriate business strategies.
* Ensure effective Health and Safety in the Unit.
* Participate in Monthly Planning Board Meetings for key decisions.
* Review and approve tender pricing.
* Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures, sharing best practices.
Team Leadership and Development
* Recruit and develop high-calibre employees supporting current operations and growth, collaborating with HR and leadership.
* Communicate effectively with the team, promoting a client-focused culture.
* Lead, motivate, and update the team on business performance and strategy.
* Manage P&L, budget, profitability, and SHEQ aspects.
* Plan future resources in consultation with other divisions.
* Manage significant projects autonomously to high standards.
* Provide technical leadership within relevant fields.
Skills & Attributes
Experience in EIA, from consultancy or industry, with a well-connected network preferred. Membership in a relevant professional body is advantageous. The candidate should have a strong understanding of EIA processes, project management experience, and good communication skills.
