Pay: $29-$32 per hour DOE
Qualifications
* Valid Driver’s License
* 5 years maintenance / mechanical experience
* 5 years’ experience working on industrial pumps and motors
* 5 years’ experience electrical troubleshooting
Responsibilities
* Works closely with Operations Lead to communicate and coordinate equipment repairs and outages that may occur and affect operations processes
* Works closely with operations team to repairs to equipment, and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
* Performs general maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, structures, and grounds
* Replaces packing in pumps or valves
* Replaces bearings in motors, pumps, and other equipment
* Checks and aligns equipment
* Assists in installation and setup of new equipment
* Maintains maintenance records on the CMMS including review of completed work orders before closing work orders
* Ensure all hours and parts are included on work orders and entered into the CMMS
* Orders repair parts and equipment with authorization of Project Manager and maintains an inventory of critical spare parts
* Works safely and adheres to established safety procedures
* Pump, motor, and electrical troubleshooting
* Ability to carry and respond to calls and pages as assigned by management
* Work on-call shifts, as assigned, including being fit and able to respond to call-ins in a timely manner
* Performs other duties as assigned
