Your Role Will Include
* Leading and managing non-teaching operations including premises, health & safety, administration, and compliance.
* Overseeing site maintenance, cleaning, catering, and security to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
* Managing budgets and procurement in collaboration with the Principal and Finance Team.
* Supporting HR processes, recruitment, and staff wellbeing initiatives.
* Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across all operational areas.
* Building strong relationships with external contractors, local authorities, and internal stakeholders.
* Contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement across the academy.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in operations, facilities, or business management—ideally within an educational or public sector setting.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail.
* Knowledge of health & safety, safeguarding, and compliance frameworks.
* Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
* Confidence in using digital tools and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams).
