Job Title: General Manager (Full-Time) Location: Huddersfield – Asian-Fusion Buffet Restaurant Employment Type: Full-time Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per year (depending on experience) About the Role Barfection is proud to be recruiting on behalf of an exciting new Asian-fusion buffet restaurant set to open in Huddersfield in October 2025, seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to take the lead in all aspects of front- and back-of-house operations. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role perfect for someone with a strong background in hospitality management who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily service, managing a large team, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and driving both operational efficiency and team morale. Training for this role will begin at the end of August 2025 in either Manchester or Sheffield, ahead of the official launch. As General Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping the culture of the venue, ensuring that service is seamless, food quality is consistent, and every guest leaves satisfied.
