This long standing ofsted OUTSTANDING specialist day school is currently seeking a resilient, nurturing and committed Teaching Assistant to join there team. The school Leaders and staff are committed to making sure that all pupils go on to lead independent, happy and confident lives, this is at the core of everything they do and offer. This setting supports children from 5-19 years with a Autism diagnosis. To every learner the school is proud to offer a well-thought-out balance of one-to-one and small-group teaching, together with a range of therapies, make up the ambitious curriculum that pupils embrace.
This position is needed on a permanent basis and is a full time opportunity. Applicants for this position must be available Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm. Full training will be provided and you will have immediate access to free and fully funded qualifications. This school and team is invested in the staff's futures as well as the learners.

7. Relevant SEN experience
8. Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults
9. GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
10. Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
11. Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
12. Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
This role is open to receiving applications over the next two weeks. Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin a three-stage interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process with appropriate school leadership.
All candidates will be subject to Randstad Education's child safety standards and UK eligibility checks.
