The role involves overseeing maintenance operations, working alongside experienced colleagues such as Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, and others, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with Water Supply Regulation and Legionella L8 requirements, and managing heating and water systems. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience as a plumber or equivalent, relevant qualifications, and good health and safety knowledge.
