In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for residents, delivering a high-quality housing management service. From tenancy support to community engagement, you'll play an important role in maintaining safe, well-managed neighbourhoods.What You'll Be DoingActing as the main contact for residents, handling enquiries and tenancy mattersCarrying out tenancy sign-ups and property viewingsManaging tenancy breaches and supporting safeguarding responsibilitiesMonitoring estate standards and ensuring a high-quality living environmentSupporting resident engagement and community initiativesWorking with internal teams and external partners to deliver services effectivelyWhat We're Looking ForExperience in social housing, including tenancy and estate managementCIH Level 4 qualification (or willingness to work towards)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environmentA customer-focused approach with a commitment to service improvementFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleBasic DBS requiredFor more information call Carol on or Send CV directly to
