As an Assistant Branch Manager / Valuer working at Your Move, we are proud to offer: Competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) circa £45,000 depending on experience. Opportunity for career progression In the role of a Assistant Branch Manager / Valuer, you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within the branch by: Generating and conducting Sale Valuation appointments Supporting the Branch Manager and assisting in the running of the branch and its team. Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell Business Prospecting and proactive activity Extensive local market knowledge and networking Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance) Displaying excellent customer service at all times You will have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator looking for progression or Valuer looking for a bigger challenge and looking for the next step in your career but will have experience in conducting sales valuations.
