We’re recruiting for a Project Manager to join a fast-growing consultancy known for delivering some of the most recognisable commercial spaces across the UK. Working closely with an entrepreneurial founder and a passionate team, you’ll have a real voice in the business while managing full project lifecycles from inception through to completion.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead feasibility studies for new sites, delivering clear risk analysis and early cost estimates.
* Manage multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
* Handle project administration, cost tracking, and sign-offs.
* Identify opportunities for value engineering without compromising quality or design intent.
* Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved.
* Ensure all projects meet health & safety regulations and statutory requirements.
* Manage schedules, track project programmes, and communicate delivery timelines effectively.
* Oversee national rollouts and refurbishments for well-known brands.
* Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficiency and value.
* Guide and motivate internal project teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
* Build strong client relationships and maintain a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
About You:
* Experienced in delivering high-end retail, leisure, or hospitality fit-outs.
* Background in consultancy or client-side project management.
* Expert at managing budgets, construction programmes, and external teams.
* Knowledgeable in health & safety legislation; CSCS/SMSTS certificates are desirable.
* Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
* Strong communicator with a proactive and flexible approach to challenges.
* Must have a clean UK driving licence and be open to regular UK travel.
