Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + 30p per mile mileage

Full UK Driving licence plus use of vehicle required.

About the Role:
As an Instore Tactical Merchandiser, you’ll be the heartbeat of our products on the shop floor. You’ll take ownership of your territory, managing everything from point-of-sale placement to stock replenishment and auditing. Your pride in maintaining first-class standards will shine through as you create visually impactful displays and build strong relationships with store colleagues and managers.
In this role, you’ll:
* Ensure stock is replenished and displays stay on-brand.
* Develop a cost-effective journey plan for your visits.
* Thrive on autonomy while engaging with others.

About You:
While previous merchandising experience is a plus, it’s not mandatory. What we’re really looking for is:
* A friendly, confident personality with a can-do attitude.
* Excellent communication skills, high integrity, and reliability.
* Location within 15 miles of the advertised area.
* The ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
* A full commitment to providing excellent customer service.
