About the Role
With opportunities to earn UNCAPPED Commission. The Client Relationship Executive generates opportunities and demonstrates the company’s products’ functionality to clients to upsell. The Client Relationship Executive develops and nurtures long term relationships with existing customers by always providing an effective and efficient service, promoting the company brand, and demonstrates and advises on products/services to best suit the customers’ needs. This position requires individuals who are self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to scale beyond given targets.
Main Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
* Promote and sell the company’s products and services to its clients to achieve upsell and renewal targets.
* Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
* Support the Customer Experience Team with implementation plans for onboarding
* Ensure customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met.
* Present regular reports and commitments against target. Reporting on activities, results and feedback.
* Engage in forecasting, planning, and account resource allocation.
* Make regular calls and/or online-based presentations to support sales and provide training on new or existing products/services.
* Prepare and deliver presentations (mostly electronic) and proposals in a professional way.
Essential Skills
* Previous sales and contract negotiation experience (Minimum 2 years)
* Previous experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, FreshSales or similar
* Excellent IT skills with experience in demonstrating systems and products online to customers.
* Able to plan and organise own time, even under pressure
* Track record of meeting renewal and upsell targets.

* Salary £24,000 to £26,000 per annum (Dependant on experience)

* Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5:30pm, Fridays 8.30am to 4pm
