Job Description
Academics are looking for a strong, confident Teaching Assistant to support children within the classroom at a warm friendly Primary school in Gosport. This is to start immediately on a full time basis.
To be considered for work as a Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to confidently work with pupils who have complex behaviours and learning needs. You will need to support the pupil's independent learning and progress in accordance with the schools ethos and behaviour management strategies.

o Strong behaviour management skills
o Have confidence in working with children and young people to pass on knowledge
o Be calm, patient and empathetic
o Strive for excellence in order to ensure student success
o Have an innovative, creative attitude and strategic thinker
o Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to working with others
