About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Cover Supervisor to join a respected educational institution in Bournemouth.
This is a part-time position supporting students aged 3 to 18 years, working from 8.45am to 3.30pm. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) by providing cover supervision and helping to ensure that the classroom remains a focused and supportive learning environment.
You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of students with diverse needs, contributing to their personal and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising students with SEN in classrooms, ensuring they remain engaged and productive
* Supporting teachers in the delivery of lessons and providing additional support to students with learning difficulties
* Assisting with the implementation of behaviour management strategies tailored to individual needs
* Encouraging students to develop their independence and confidence in the classroom
* Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment for all students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
