The Role:To undertake site commissioning activities in technical specialist capacity during on-site installation/ construction and commissioning activities related to the assigned work scope to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements for start-up and commissioning phases. To work on national & international Energy projects using client products and systems as required. The role will cover customer sites nationwide, so candidates must be able to travel. There will be some remote working (document prep etc.), as well as occasional need to visit client offices in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. 6 month rolling contract, with long term potential. Requirements: To be able to perform overall quality control of their own work and report regularly on the status. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Be involved in the coordination of any technical queries and solutions with the client project and product development centres. Typically, HNC/HND or Degree, qualified with 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
