Our client, a leading global organization, is partnering with a prestigious end client based in Windsor. Were excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for askilled D365 F&O Functional Consultant to join a dynamic IT team. Location: Windsor, UK (Hybrid 1 day per week onsite) ?? Contract: 6 months (PAYE) ?? Day Rate: £550 Inside IR35 About the Role We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join a hybrid programme based in Windsor. You will play a key role in advising stakeholders, refining solutions, and overseeing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to meet business needs. This role requires both deep functional expertise and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, customer-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as the link between business owners and technical teams to refine and deliver F&O solutions. Oversee implementation, ensuring design, management, and delivery of functional aspects of the system. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, document business processes, and shape the product backlog. Translate business needs into system configurations and functional specifications. Conduct functional testing and end-to-end process testing. Support Agile project delivery, contributing to sprints, user stories, and releases. Leverage wider Microsoft technologies (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365) to create integrated solutions. Key Skills & Experience 56 years D365 F&O functional experience (15 years overall professional experience). Strong expertise in Finance and Supply Chain modules (with willingness to expand into other modules). Full ERP implementation lifecycle experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Solid understanding of out-of-the-box F&O capabilities and limitations. Skilled at facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, and delivering customer-focused solutions. Experience working as an individual contributor in Agile project environments. Energy sector exposure (advantageous but not essential). What Were Looking For Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and coordination ability. Experience engaging with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
