Responsible for managing and driving the sales goals for ELEMIS on Amazon, in line with our Omni-Channel strategy
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
· Manage the Amazon account for ELEMIS UK.
· Liaise Daily with internal & external Amazon stakeholders and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.
· Achieve sales and profit targets:
o Deliver the overall sales objectives and improve profitability of the UK account.
o Deliver on the Amazon Terms Agreement.
o Forecast and manage the supply change both internally & externally.
o Build a best-in-class Brand Room and optimize PDP’s through content and SEO to improve organic rankings.
o Plan and execute strategic promotions.
· Partnership Marketing:
o Deliver upper and lower funnel marketing campaigns.
o Report post analysis to continue to optimize investment and cascade learnings.
o Collaborate with the EU & US teams to maximize insights across the territories.
· Customer insight & experience:
o Develop a deep understanding of the ELEMIS consumer on Amazon and life-time contribution to the brand.
o Analyse learnings from customer insights to carve out new opportunities for the partnership.
· Operational excellence:
o Proactively drive improvements across the supply chain, drive efficiencies and reduce charge backs.
o Ensure that sku changes are updated seamlessly to mitigate sales risk.
o Work closely with Sales Administrator to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of all PO’s to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Degree level education ideally in business, marketing, or related field
* 2+years’ experience of Ecommerce key account management – either within or outside of the Beauty Industry
* Detailed knowledge and experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central
* Knowledge/experience with both 1P and 3P model a plus
* Experience of overseeing/managing operations and logistics related to Amazon fulfilment
* Experience working with external ad agencies a plus
* Strong organizational and time management skills are key
* Negotiation skills are beneficial
* Ability to build strong relationships with partners essential
* Target driven/results orientated with a solution-focused attitude and flexible approach essential
