The Role: Evening Night Porter
As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, safety, and cleanliness of the venue during overnight hours. You will be the primary point of contact for late-arriving guests and will assist with any overnight requests or issues.
Shifts vary from 8pm - 2am or 5pm - 2am, some evenings may finish earlier depending on the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the venue and grounds to ensure guest safety and security

Liaise with the caterer and suppliers during the evening
* Assist with any bedroom issues and guest enquiries
*
Maintain cleanliness in public areas
*
Support event setups/breakdowns when required
*
Handle any incidents or emergencies calmly and effectively
*
Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless handover
About You:
*
Previous experience in a porter, concierge, or night shift role preferred
*
Strong communication and customer service skills
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
*
Calm under pressure and quick-thinking in emergencies
*
Physically fit and able to carry out patrols and light lifting
*
Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends and holidays
