The role drives continuous improvement across Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Health & Wellbeing initiatives, Early Talent management, strategic workforce planning, and training programs for the wider business. The individual will champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
* Continuous Improvement in ERGs:
o Collaborate with ERG leaders to identify opportunities for growth and development within each group, ensuring alignment with GSK's equity and inclusion strategy.
o Implement frameworks and tools to measure the impact and effectiveness of ERG activities and drive continuous improvement.
* Health & Wellbeing Strategy:
o Design, implement, and evaluate health and wellbeing programs that enhance employee resilience, productivity, and overall wellness.
o Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver innovative solutions for mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
* Early Talent Management & Coordination:
o Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and develop early-career talent, including graduates, apprentices, and interns.
o Coordinate onboarding, mentoring, and development programs to ensure early talent receives the tools and support needed to succeed.
* Strategic Workforce Planning:
o Lead efforts to forecast future workforce needs and ensure alignment with GSK's long-term business objectives and growth strategy.
o Collaborate with SD and functional leaders to identify long-term talent strategies and implement proactive solutions to address them.
* Training Design and Delivery:
o Develop and coordinate L&D Hub training programs that address key business priorities and employee development needs across GSK.
o Ensure training initiatives are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with organizational values and goals, leveraging digital tools where appropriate.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Serve as a key liaison between HR, business leaders, and ERGs to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives that support employee engagement and development.
o Foster partnerships across functions to drive holistic solutions for workforce challenges.
* Data-Driven Insights:
o Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives across ERGs, Health & Wellbeing, Early Talent, and training.
o Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and shape future strategies.
* Culture and Engagement:
o Advocate for a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and wellbeing that aligns with GSK's values and mission.
o Partner with leaders to embed these principles across teams and functions.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
o Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and support for initiatives.
o Represent GSK in external forums to showcase best practices and strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
* Program Evaluation and Reporting:
o Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track the progress and impact of initiatives.
o Share regular updates with leadership and stakeholders to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.
