Commercial IP/IT Solicitor (3-7 years') – Edinburgh/Glasgow An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Scottish Tech & Media team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow, offering exposure to cutting-edge commercial, IP, IT and data protection work. The Role: Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including outsourcing, SaaS, licensing, collaboration and supply contracts Advise on IT projects, software development and data protection compliance Support clients on IP-related matters, including protection, licensing and technology transfer Work with colleagues on national and international projects, gaining exposure to significant transactions and high-profile clients Build client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives About You: 3-7 years' PQE with experience in commercial contracts; IP/IT/data protection experience is an advantage Excellent drafting skills and ability to deliver practical, commercial advice Confident managing your own caseload and supporting on larger, complex deals Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working directly with clients Why Apply?
