An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to join a growing manufacturing business based in North Yorkshire. This is a key leadership role offering long-term progression within a stable and forward-thinking organisation.
The Role:
You will be accountable for the safe, on-time delivery of customer orders within budgeted hours and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing production teams and cells to ensure output targets are achieved
2. Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, quality and company procedures
3. Supporting and mentoring Team Leaders, including PDRs and people management matters
4. Driving continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing techniques
5. Controlling overhead costs and ensuring accurate reporting
