Commercial Account Executive - £45,000
Location: Winchester
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
The Role
We are seeking a capable and customer-focused Commercial Account Executive to join a well-established insurance agency. This role is suited to someone who enjoys managing client relationships, delivering high standards of service, and identifying appropriate opportunities to support business growth.
You will manage a portfolio of clients, handle enquiries and renewals, and introduce relevant insurance and financial services solutions, ensuring all activity is compliant and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer enquiries, policy amendments, and renewals
* Identify and develop appropriate cross-selling opportunities
* Introduce insurance and financial services products aligned to client needs
* Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Ensure all transactions comply with FCA requirements and internal standards
About You:
* Professional, confident, and customer-focused in your approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Proactive, organised, and demonstrates sound commercial judgement
* Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
