I am looking for a Joiner to work on behalf of a local Northumberland based council. The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the Northumberland and wider area. All work will be 2nd fix maintenance which will mostly include bathroom upgrades, installing handrails and shower seats. This is paramount to help tenants live independently in their own properties.
