Team Member Peak Season (Stock) - Rushden (N101244) – Next
Be part of our busiest season this year. Temporary and flexible roles in-store Stock Team, supporting the store from the lead-up to Christmas through to the End of Season Winter Sale.
Shifts: 5.50 hours per week; Mon 10:00 – 16:00.
Responsibilities
* Accurately process stock to a high standard – scanning, unpacking, hanging, size-cubing, and putting stock away
* Locate, pack, and transfer stock in and out of the store promptly
* Replenish the sales floor to ensure it is always fully stocked and looking great
* Meet deadlines to deliver on time for customers
* Keep stockrooms and other operational areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
* Support across all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floor
* Offer fast, friendly service to help customers find what they need
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and managers
* Take ownership of personal development and learning
