Location: Nationwide Contract: Permanent Fulltime Responsibilities As a Proposal Editor, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the business by retaining and securing new term contracts, projects, and frameworks to support planned and sustainable growth across the transportations sector. Your day to day will include: Provide leadership of proposal production across Transportation driving best practice and continuous improvement Following analysis of client requirements, develop proposal templates and presentations which comply with client instructions using MS Word, Adobe or InDesign Work with the bid directors to develop tender strategy to meet client requirements including the shaping of story boarding Ensure that submissions take proper account of up-to-date Kier Group policies, standards and procedures as well as industry best practice Guide and support members of the work winning team in the development of written content Lead on the editing of proposals to ensure persuasive and compelling submissions What are we looking for?
