We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a brilliant criminal justice support project in Chatham.
This is a welcoming and relaxed hub environment designed to help ex-offenders feel safe, rebuild confidence, and access practical support. The space has a calm community feel, with areas to sit, talk, and take part in activities, including a pool table and a small gym area.
This role is ideal for Criminology graduates who want hands-on experience in a frontline project supporting people on a rehabilitative journey.
What you’ll be doing
Being the first point of contact for participants and visitors, in person and over the phone
Supporting the day-to-day running of the hub, including bookings and basic coordination
Helping manage referrals and ensuring participants are welcomed and supported on arrival
Supporting the team with general admin tasks and keeping the hub running smoothly
Collecting participant feedback to help improve engagement and the service
What we’re looking for
Criminology graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
You must have experience working with people from vulnerable backgrounds
