Mechanical Estimator (Building Services)
Location: Add Resource and Labour – Epsom, Surrey
Compensation & Working Hours
* Base salary: £65,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience)
* Working days: Monday to Friday
* Holiday entitlement: 25 days + Bank holidays
* Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, Car Allowance
Responsibilities
1. Completion of tenders and project enquiries.
2. Preparation of tender packages to suppliers and subcontractors.
3. Liaison with clients, consultants and their representatives.
4. Site visits to enable successful tender submission.
5. Maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
Qualifications
* Strong experience as a Mechanical Estimator from a Building Services background ESSENTIAL
