Requirements Experience in composite engineering, tooling design, and machining. Background in robotics, automation, and algorithm development. Strong knowledge of composite laminating and surface finishing techniques. A track record of driving continuous improvement and process optimization. Experience with cutting edge technologies in the engineering and manufacturing fields. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex engineering challenges. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential.
