We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Adviser to join our clients HR team. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level advice, guidance, and support to managers and employees across the organisation. You’ll be a trusted partner, ensuring people policies and practices are applied consistently while driving initiatives that support organisational goals and enhance the employee experience. This role offers hybrid working—combining office and home-based work—with travel required to attend meetings, training sessions, and support teams across different locations. Key Responsibilities * Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, absence, and organisational change. * Lead and manage complex employee relations cases from start to resolution, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy. * Support workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent development initiatives. * Partner with managers to implement effective people management practices and foster a positive workplace culture. * Contribute to HR policy development, review, and implementation. * Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions. * Deliver training and briefings to managers on HR policies, processes, and best practice. * Travel to different sites as needed to provide on-the-ground support. About You * CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) – Level 7 desirable. * Significant HR advisory experience in a complex or multi-site environment. * In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. * Strong case management skills, with a track record of handling complex employee relations issues. * Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. * Flexible approach, with the ability to travel when required. * Driving Licence required What We Offer * Hybrid working model * Excellent Benefits * A supportive team culture where your contribution will have real impact
